COVID-19
Keeping our customers connected
Dear Customer,
We find ourselves in difficult and concerning times, as people across the world are responding to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 outbreak. We are closely monitoring the situation, following the latest guidance from the WHO and UK authorities. The health and wellbeing of our staff and continuity for our customers is our top priority, and we will be communicating with you regularly in the coming weeks via the website.
We have phased in-home working, and the vast majority of Intech staff are working from home. We are pleased to report that the measures we have taken thus far have had minimal impact on our business operations and our teams are adjusting well to the change. Notwithstanding a substantial increase in the number of cases and severity of the illness, we believe we are currently well placed to offer you business as usual. We will continuously review the situation and will ensure that you are made aware of any critical developments that may impact our service.
We continue to be in regular contact with our suppliers to ensure that they have clear plans in place to mitigate risk; we are currently being given assurances that service levels will be maintained. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and inform our customers if the situation changes.
The IT and Telecommunications industry plays a vital role in supporting UK businesses. At times like these, it is more important than ever that we work in partnership to keep things running smoothly. We do not take our responsibility lightly and pledge to work closely with you to support your business.
